These cleaning tablets have been developed according to specific specifications by Conti, to allow you to effectively clean the brew units using the cleaning programs integrated into the Conti machine software.

AUTOMATIC CLEANING OF COFFEE GROUPS:

The coffee groups are cleaned group by group, preferably at the end of service, before the machine is stopped or put in "ECO" mode. This specific function managed by the machine makes it easy to perform this operation.

The procedure for cleaning the brew groups is as follows:

Remove the portafilter from the unit and clean the portafilter gasket with the brush supplied.

Insert the blind filter (supplied) in a filter holder.

Place a Conti brand detergent tablet (reference: 466662) in the blind filter and snap the assembly into the group.

Press the "P5 Gr1" key then the "P1 Gr1" key without releasing key n°5.

The cleaning cycle begins automatically with successive activations which have the function of dissolving the tablet and releasing the cleaning product into the coffee group circuits and the group solenoid valve.

The display shows:

When the cycle is finished, the group is operational again.

Repeat this operation for each group.

The cleaning cycle can be interrupted by pressing any key of the group concerned, but you will lose the phases that have not been carried out and therefore compromise the effectiveness of the cleaning.
