Free delivery

We offer free delivery in Quebec with Canada Post's Expedited Parcel Service for any purchase of $75 or more. Otherwise, the delivery rate is calculated at the time of purchase. For the rest of Canada, free delivery is from $100.

Shipping of the goods

All orders received before 12 p.m. are dispatched the same day. Otherwise, the next business day. For orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, shipping is made the following Monday.

Order confirmation

An order confirmation as well as a package tracking number will be provided to you by email within a maximum of 24 hours following your order; for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, confirmation will reach you the following Monday. You can monitor the delivery status of your package at any time on the carrier's website, the link of which will be inserted in the email. If your order is confirmed but the item is not in stock, we will process your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the item. If the product becomes discontinued in the meantime by the manufacturer, a full refund will be issued. The online stock status may differ from that in store and it is advisable to contact us to find out the availability of the item before placing the order if stock is low.

Delivery address different from billing address

When purchasing, you are asked to specify the delivery address you want. This may be different from the billing address. If the credit card is registered to a different billing address than the one mentioned, a fraud detection status may be automatically issued by our system and your order will remain on hold.
