Refund Policy
1. Accepted Return Period: We accept returns of items within 30 days of the date of receipt by the customer. After this time, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund or exchange. If it appears to you that your item has operating problems or damage that may have been caused by transport, you must contact us before taking any action within three (3) working days after the date of receipt of the goods.
2. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item. We recommend using a postal tracking service or purchasing insurance for the shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
3. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This amount will be deducted from the total refund due to the customer.
4. Exclusions: Items purchased in final promotion are not eligible for return or refund. Be sure to check carefully before purchasing.
Return Procedure: To make a return, you can contact us with your order details or create a return directly in your account on the respective order page. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions. Any unapproved returns will not be refunded.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. The minimum restocking fee is 20%, even for an item in perfect condition.
