The Vulcano Swift combines La Marzocco's distinctive retro Italian design with Mazzer's grinding expertise. The Vulcano Swift features La Marzocco Swift grinding technology to grind, dose and tamp, providing repeatability and dose consistency down to a fraction of a gram. Grind and dose adjustments are simple and accessible, giving the barista the highest level of control while minimizing waste.

The Swift system, applied in the Vulcano Swift, and paired with a set of 63mm Mazzer conical burrs, is barista-friendly, removing steps in the espresso-making process that introduce variability.

About the La Marzocco and Mazzer partnership

In 2008, while La Marzocco was preparing to move its factory, the engineering team came across many original designs by Giuseppe Bambi, one of the founding brothers of La Marzocco. The designs included the "Vulcano" grinder, an award-winning design that was in production in the 1960s. Inspired by design, La Marzocco turned to Mazzer and offered to develop a next-generation Vulcano with Mazzer grinder technology.
