The ZM Plus has all the features of the ZM digital grinder, plus a special unit that facilitates both espresso and filter coffee grinding processes, making it a powerful and flexible tool for specialty coffees. Its multifunctional features include a universal espresso portafilter, a quick-connect drip coffee cartridge and a bag holder.

The ZM Plus has minimal retention to allow for single doses. It has a digital grind adjustment system that allows the barista to control the distance between burrs (in microns), to ensure that the grind setting is understandable, precise and repeatable.
