Extraction is a decisive factor in preparing the perfect coffee. Our “Rex-Royal” metal coffee brewing group can hold up to
23 grams of coffee powder always guarantees consistent, high-quality extraction for all single and double products.
The S500 works with up to three separate boilers for making coffee, steam and hot water, as well as heating milk. The hot water capacity of up to 58 liters per hour guarantees efficient service without interruption.
Equipped as standard with two precise and efficient coffee grinders, the Rex-Royal S500 can be optionally equipped with a third. Thanks to the optional heated coffee outlet, you will always have a hot and perfect espresso, even during a long rest period or when the coffee service is interrupted.

The milk system is the decisive guarantor for fine milk froth that is perfect in terms of consistency and quality. This is where the S500 plays its strengths and can offer consistent milk foam quality, worthy of the barista, even at high dispensing quantities. It is possible to combine freely with milk or milk foam – cold or hot.
Thanks to the two integrated instant containers, you can also create creamy, smooth chocolate drinks or vanilla desires. Thanks to the flavor module, you can also refine your drinks with up to three different flavors, so you can prepare a caramel latte macchiato or an Irish Coffee at the touch of a button.
The automatic cleaning system meets the strictest HACCP hygiene standards and cleans the device in a very short time. The result is a coffee machine that is always clean and flawless.

Your coffee machine is then operational anytime and anywhere, which is particularly useful for example outdoors or in conference rooms. Additionally, built-in food sensors monitor fresh water and drain levels.

The new IoT solution "Rex-Royal Cloud" analyzes and processes data from the coffee machine in real time. With a simple click of the mouse, they are accessible online, wherever you are. This gives you the opportunity to optimize processes, reduce service costs, identify trends, evaluate seasonal offers and therefore increase sales.

Our MDB interface allows us to connect to all payment systems such as credit/debit card readers, pay by phone, QR and bar code readers.
