Each coffee boiler and group are precisely controlled by their own PID system and are fed with preheated water by our unique heat exchange system. The Monte Carlo guarantees perfect precision for every coffee. Each group operates independently, allowing the user to deliver perfect brewing temperatures for coffees of different origins or roast profiles. These settings are quickly and easily accessible via the intuitive keypad menus.

Designed to replicate the universally recognized pre-infusion technique that inspired the first lever coffee machines, Conti's system ensures that the barista can fully saturate the coffee cake at low pressure. This delivers incredibly consistent and consistent extraction quality, resulting in a fuller-bodied, more aromatic espresso.

Our proprietary volumetric system allows the machine to accurately read the amount of coffee extracted into the cup. This eliminates the need to weigh each extraction, improving workflow and consistency. Designed to accurately read the flow meter information, the electronics display the precise volume of coffee on independent screens located above each group. With its adjustable interface, the display can show the details of each extraction, including time, volume, and flow rate.

Filter holders with Conti Excellium treatment – This treatment prevents the accumulation of coffee oil residues which alter the flavors of the espresso.

Multi-level user interface – With a cluster-based interface and a touchscreen offering extensive options, the Monte Carlo can be finely tuned to suit any environment. Precision – Competition showerheads and filters – designed and machined exclusively for Conti by IMS, these components meet stringent manufacturing criteria to ensure uniform extraction. The exact diameter of the holes and the polished interior surface of the perforations help prevent any obstruction during the extraction process, resulting in a more consistent coffee every time.
