The MC Ultima is an evolution of the Monte Carlo (multi-boiler) model, with a more streamlined design, improved ergonomics, more intuitive electronics and a wide range of customization options. Every element of the original machine has been sublimated to perfection.

Reduced footprint - cleaner lines - more durable materials

Contemporary cafes are stylish, with optimized spaces and deliberately minimalist in their design. Space management having become paramount, it was quite logical to take all the dimensions of the original Monte Carlo and optimize them to the maximum, so that the machine is lower and more compact from all angles. We managed to reduce its size by nearly 30% without any reduction in performance or capacity. To have an even more refined design, we have manufactured the machine entirely with durable and recyclable metals.

New intuitive display with recipe book

The Monte Carlo has always been a barista's best teammate, and now, thanks to the intuitive TFT touchscreen, it's even easier to make all kinds of settings. With its color display and instantly recognizable icons, setting up and adjusting the machine's programmable functions is as easy as using a smartphone or tablet. Our latest feature addition is a multi-page “cookbook”. You can save your favorite coffee recipes and have easy access to them during the service without the need for a post-it!

Customization

As with the Monte Carlo, the MC Ultima offers many customization options. We have expanded our standard color palette which now includes Aluminum Gray and complements Ultima's other colors of Graphite Black and Papyrus White. By pairing pieces in glossy shades with others in very matte textured shades, we created extra depth and accentuated the design. We'll also be showcasing a number of customization options, including a huge choice of color in the standard rally, bespoke metallic finishes and a selection of sustainably sourced wood accessories – no two Ultima will be the same. .

Additional Features:

“Infinite Actuate” Steam Lever – This lever allows the barista to precisely control the flow of steam, making it easier to obtain the perfect texture even with different types of milk.

Customizable sleep mode – Upload photos and logos to the machine which will display these personalized images when it returns to sleep mode after a period of inactivity.

42% larger cup warmer – No need to stack cups in a balancing mode, which reduces the risk of breakage and provides better visibility from above the machine, allowing the barista to interact more freely with consumers.

Redefining the layout of components in the machine – By relocating many key components, we saved space while making maintenance easier and more efficient, resulting in less service time and longer machine life.
