More specifically, the BOXER is available with one or two brewing groups. The one-group version is ideal for small restaurants that want to offer quality coffee to their customers or for offices with one to a few dozen employees. The two-group version is aimed more at artisanal neighborhood businesses which offer coffee as a complementary service. Think: bakery, pastry shop, chocolate shop, creamery... It also fits very well in a restaurant with a larger volume of coffee, where efficiency is essential. Thanks to its large boiler and the temperature adjustment of the hot water tap, this machine also allows you to produce a good quantity of Americanos and tea.
