Conti Monte Carlo

Each coffee boiler and each group is precisely controlled by its own PID system and is supplied with preheated water by our unique heat exchange system. The Monte Carlo guarantees perfect precision with every coffee. Each group operates independently, allowing the user to deliver the perfect brewing temperatures for coffees of different origins or roast profiles. These settings are quickly and easily accessed via intuitive keypad menus.

Designed to replicate the widely recognized pre-infusion that was the origin of the first lever coffee machines, the system developed by Conti ensures that the barista can completely saturate the wafer with coffee at low pressure. This offers an incredibly homogeneous and regular extraction quality and results in an espresso with more body and aromas in the mouth.

Our own volumetric system allows the machine to accurately read the amount of coffee extracted in the cup. This eliminates the need to weigh each extraction, improving workflow and dose consistency. Designed to accurately read flow meter information, the electronics display the precise coffee volume on the independent displays above each group. Thanks to its adjustable interface, the display can show the details of each extraction, including time, volume and rate.

“Cool touch” steam outlets – They allow the barista to work in complete safety by avoiding burns, while guaranteeing an excellent level of hygiene thanks to their ease of cleaning.

Portafilters with Conti Excellium treatment – This treatment prevents the accumulation of coffee oil residues which alter the flavors of the espresso.

Multi-level user interface – With an interface per group and a touch screen offering wide options, the Monte Carlo can be finely configured to adapt to any environment. Barista comfort – From worktop lighting, retractable risers and automatic cleaning modes, not to mention separate ECO modes for each brew group, the Monte Carlo has been designed with feedback from baristas around the world in mind.

Accuracy – Competition nozzles and filters – designed and machined exclusively for Conti by IMS, these components meet rigorous manufacturing criteria to guarantee uniform extraction. The exact diameter of the holes and the polished inner surface of the perforations help prevent clogging during the extraction process, resulting in a more consistent coffee every time.
