This exceptional batch recalls the flavors of the famous "cherry blossom". Sheila and Cleber, the producers, have been in search of excellence since their very beginning. Once sorted, the fruits are fermented for 72 hours, dried on raised drying beds and then mechanically dried to ensure the ideal percentage of humidity. Their transformation processes, from cherries to green beans, are impeccable and reflected in every sip.
