This washed coffee with its distinctive aromatic profile comes from certified organic production. Although it is washed, it is surprisingly juicy in the mouth. The terroir clings to varieties of both ancestral and modern grains, which is revealed more when prepared in the filter: floral aromas of chamomile, black tea, peach, grapefruit and spicy honey. This is an undeniably complex coffee that comes from a region that stands out in coffee culture, not least because of its proximity to the lush biodiversity of the Bale Mountain Forest. When prepared in a filter, this coffee is just as tasty at room temperature and cold.
