The new Infusion Series® Platinum Edition™ line of brewing equipment offers all the same great brewing features as the standard Infusion Series®, with the added convenience of an intuitive 4.3” touchscreen. Visually Intuitive Programming™ simplifies operation and programming. SmartWAVE sprayhead technology creates industry-best extraction uniformity for exceptionally smooth coffee that will delight the consumer and provide a memorable drinking experience. The SmartWAVE feature also provides timed air pressure at the end of the brew cycle, helping to remove residual water from the sprayhead, which reduces limescale buildup, maintains consistent brew quality, and ultimately extends equipment life. ICB brewers offer brewing flexibility in a wide range of thermal servers.
