Yes. Over 250 machines and grinders are on display in our showroom at 1590 rue Semple in Quebec City. We are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A new product has never been unpacked. An open box item was unpacked, then inspected before going back on sale. A demo unit was used in our showroom and tested by our technicians. The warranty for each unit is shown on its product page.

New products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, with our team's approval. A 20% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is at your expense. Final sale items, including open box and demo units, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
