The Ascaso Dream PID pairs an iconic retro silhouette, designed in Barcelona, with components usually reserved for larger machines. It's built for the enthusiast who wants a home espresso worthy of a neighborhood café, without sacrificing style.
What sets it apart
Its PID controller manages coffee temperature (80°C to 110°C, in 1°C increments) and steam temperature (110°C to 165°C) separately, for thermal stability within ±1.5°C. Adjustable pre-infusion and an externally adjustable over-pressure valve (OPV) let you fine-tune extraction to your grind and coffee, a level of control rarely offered in such a compact format.
