The Eureka Mignon Filtro Coffee Grinder is a true coffee grinder featuring 50mm hardened steel flat burrs, manual grind control only and a coffee grounds container for larger batches needed for brewing drip or French press coffee.

The Eureka Mignon Filtro cares about one thing: high-quality grinds for drip coffee and French press. The Mignon Filtro achieves this with a few important tools. Eureka’s patented Micrometric Grind Control System is a stepless grind adjustment method that provides precision and ease of adjustment. The 50mm hardened steel flat burrs provide consistent particle size and fast throughput.
With the attached grounds container, you can grind large quantities of coffee for filter coffee and other brewing methods. Thanks to the ACE system, the electrostatic charge of the coffee is eliminated, preventing clumping during dispensing.
For added capacity and speed, the Mignon Filtro's hopper holds 300 grams of coffee and grinds at 1.7 to 2.2 grams per second.

Grinding adjustment is simple and continuous. Simply turn the knob on top of the grinder until you reach the desired grind fineness. The grinding adjustment system is continuous, giving you nearly infinite grinding settings for ultimate precision.

50mm flat cutters
The Eureka Mignon Filtro uses 50mm flat burrs made of hardened steel to grind coffee beans. With the 260-watt motor running at 1350 rpm, the Mignon Filtro dispenses 1.7 to 2.2 g/s.

Attachable grounds container
The included grounds container attaches to the front of the grinder, catching the grounds as they dispense, making it easy to brew larger batches of beverages like drip coffee or French press.

Manual crusher
To grind, simply press and hold the manual pulse button on the side of the grinder. The Mignon Filtro grinds coffee for as long as the button is held down and stops when it is released.
