The Rancilio Stile OD is an on-demand grinder: it grinds each dose at brewing time, straight into the portafilter. Its 58 mm flat burrs and touchscreen are made for espresso enthusiasts who want fresh grounds and a consistent dose.

What sets it apart

The 58 mm steel flat burrs, mounted horizontally, provide a large grinding surface in a body just 13.2 cm wide. The grinder fits easily next to the espresso machine.

Two programmable doses, adjustable to a tenth of a second, are always ready: one for a single espresso, one for a double. The continuous button can also be set as a third dose.

• Stepless micrometric adjustment, with a dial reachable from both sides: you fine-tune the grind with no fixed steps.

Day to day
