One of its most remarkable features is Smart HX® technology. When you activate the brew temperature control mode, the machine delivers the ideal brewing temperature without the need for cooling rinses or complex calculations. If you prefer to disable this mode, the machine provides a rinse advisor that guides you to achieve the perfect brewing temperature through a cooling rinse.
This espresso marvel comes with a custom E61 brewing group by ECM, ensuring both durability and optimal coffee extraction. Its PID controller is equipped with user-friendly smart features, adding to its versatility. The quiet rotary pump ensures a serene coffee preparation experience, as smooth as the brew itself.
The Mechanika Max is designed for flexibility, allowing you to switch between a water tank and a direct connection to the water line. Its professional fast lever valves for steam and hot water, combined with a robust heat exchange boiler, make it a force to be reckoned with in steam production. To top it all off, the ergonomically angled ECM filter holders ensure a comfortable and efficient brewing process.
