The professional Aroma grinder delivers an optimal grind, state-of-the-art brewing processes unleash the full intensity of the aromas and a fine, creamy milk foam ensures trendy specialities that are more successful than ever. The innovative E8 masters 17 different specialities, from aromatic espresso to the trendy cortado. Long, mild specialities such as caffè Barista and lungo Barista are of coffee bar quality. A new liquid circuit prepares them in the purest barista tradition. For lovers of stronger coffee, the additional Extra Shot function gives cappuccino, flat white and latte macchiato a boost.

Thanks to the improved liquid circuit, even the milk system is cleaned automatically at the touch of a button: another function borrowed from JURA's premium lines. The E8 also impresses with its even more intuitive handling and great ease of use.

The pulse extraction process (PEP®) delivers short specialities with an intense taste and the intelligent preheating ensures an optimum temperature from the first cup.

A 2.8" colour display, six buttons and a completely new operating concept with artificial intelligence ensure easy handling. An intelligent algorithm detects individual preferences and displays the two or four favourite specialities of the machine users on the home screen. The product settings and their position on the display can be changed as desired and the product names can be displayed or hidden. All useful information about the coffee machine as well as the maintenance tasks to be carried out are clearly presented in the dashboard accessible from the display.

The milk system cleaning starts automatically at the touch of a button. The well-thought-out cycle is completed in no time at all.
The drip tray also offers optimal ergonomics. Designed to prevent water overflow, it can be easily removed with one hand.
