The MaraX V2 incorporates a patented dual-probe system that maintains a stable extraction temperature to guarantee optimal results with every cup of coffee. You can choose between two operating modes: X Coffee mode, which prioritizes thermal stability through PID control, and X Steam mode, which ensures a constant supply of steam power for preparing milk-based drinks.

Designed to be accessible to everyone, it adapts to each user's preferences. Thanks to its configuration switches, you can select your extraction temperature from three profiles: normal, hot, or very hot. This way, you always get the perfect cup, according to your coffee and taste.

Design and performance

The Mara X V2 is designed to be ready at any time, with no waiting time between extractions. Its dual pressure gauges allow you to monitor boiler pressure and extraction progress in real time. The open reservoir, easy to fill and clean, enhances everyday convenience, while the automatic standby system reduces energy consumption after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Its new AISI316L stainless steel boiler guarantees maximum durability and neutral taste, preserving the aroma of each coffee. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a dual NTC sensor system, ensuring rapid temperature rise and optimal thermal stability during extraction and steam production.

Design and finishes

Elegant and robust, the MaraX V2 boasts a satin stainless steel finish, a self-cleaning cup warmer, and a refined drip tray. Its cool-touch nozzles prevent burns and make cleaning easier, while also preventing limescale buildup. Every design detail has been carefully considered to combine comfort, safety, and durability.
