Rocket R NINE ONE: The Definition of Luxury
The R9 One is the latest creation from the brains behind Rocket Espresso. This beautiful machine incorporates commercial elements, in a small package, making it the closest thing to a home bar machine. The most distinct feature of the R9 One is the pre and post infusion control. The R9 One allows users to control the infusion using one of 5 preset programs or manually using the single paddle control located on top of the group head.The R9 One also features a beautiful touchscreen interface, direct water hook-up or water tank option, and a two-boiler system. - Flavor Profiling : Users can now control the pre and post infusion of each hit with the unique palette switch or use one of Rockets 5's pre-programmed options.
- Ultimate PID Control and Flexibility: The Rocket R9 One replaced the traditional pressure unit with a PID controller for better temperature stability. This allows baristas to modify the brewing temperature of their espresso to better suit the characteristics of their chosen blend.
- Attention to detail: The classic style of the R9 One is sure to stand out in any environment.
- Passed down by legends: Rocket uses Faema's revolutionary E61 group head to produce bar-quality espresso, right in your kitchen.
- Plumb or Pour: Users can connect the R58 directly to their home water supply or use the water tank.
- Dual Boiler System: The R9 One incorporates a true dual boiler system. One proprietary boiler retains hot water for coffee and tea while the second proprietary boiler retains steam for froth.
- Two Professional Gauges: With the addition of the new Pressure Gauge, baristas are able to monitor pump pressure during extraction.
- Insulated Foam and Water Wand: Rocket helps create a safe working environment for any barista with its thermally insulated steam wand. These wands will heat up, but not as quickly as traditional uninsulated steam wands.
- Cup Warmer: All Rockets' have built-in cup warmers located on top of the machine. Having a hot cup is an essential part of preparing perfect espressos.
- Rotary Pump: The R9 One comes with a commercial-style rotary pump. Benefits of rotary pumps include ultra-quiet operation and long-lasting durability.
