The Cafection Symbol is an automatic coffee machine from the Designer series, designed for offices and professional spaces that want to offer freshly ground coffee on demand — no barista, no compromise on quality.

Its modular architecture is unique in its category: configure your Symbol with 1 or 2 bean hoppers, 1 or 2 soluble ingredient containers, and an optional ground coffee container. Daily use

The Symbol connects to your WIFI network via a USB adapter (optional cellular modem for the basic model). The Sophia platform centralizes remote management: consumption tracking, recipe adjustments, refill alerts. The Sophia Solutions contactless application allows users to order their beverage from their phone — without touching the machine.

Maintenance is simplified thanks to a coffee grounds chute kit (optional accessory) and a guided cleaning cycle. ADA compliance ensures optimal accessibility in all types of work environments.
