When you enable brew temperature control mode, the machine delivers the ideal brew temperature without requiring cooling rinses or complex calculations. If you prefer to turn this mode off, the machine provides a rinse advisor that guides you to achieve the perfect brewing temperature with a cool-down rinse.
This espresso marvel comes with a custom E61 brew group by ECM, ensuring both durability and optimal coffee extraction. Its PID controller comes with user-friendly smart features, adding to its versatility. The quiet rotary pump ensures a worry-free coffee brewing experience that's as smooth as the brew itself.
The Mechanika Max is designed for flexibility, allowing you to switch between a water tank and a direct connection to the water line. Its professional quick lever valves for steam and hot water, combined with a robust heat exchange boiler, make it a force to be reckoned with in steam production. To top it all off, the ergonomically angled ECM portafilters ensure a comfortable and efficient brewing process.
