The Brika commercial fryer is an essential cooking equipment for restaurants , food trucks , cafeterias and other professional food establishments . Robust, efficient and safe, it can meet high production volumes while ensuring uniform and efficient cooking.

Available in three capacities – 40 lb , 50 lb and 70 lb – the Brika fryer adapts to your needs depending on your space and throughput.

• Two baskets included with each fryer, for simultaneous cooking

• Large cold zone with forward-sloping base, allowing better management of cooking residues

• Durable temperature probe : detects temperature variations and triggers rapid response from the burners

• Built-in Millivolt control system , for increased safety and stable operation

• Adjustable temperature from 200 to 400°F , for a wide variety of frying

• High efficiency 30,000 BTU burners with red flame diffuser

• 1 1/4” drain valve with hose, facilitating the evacuation of used oil
