Available in three different versions, Ruby can work with professional portafilters for ground coffee, capsules and ESE paper pods. In addition, it is designed to respond specifically to the typical demand of small and medium surfaces:

RUBY is mainly aimed at service areas and small offices. How about enjoying your coffee at home?

RUBY-PRO is ideal for offices and small dining rooms.
- RUBY PRO 2 is ideal for fairly large spaces with high coffee consumption volumes, such as factories. In fact, it can serve up to four cups of coffee at the same time.

WATER CONNECTION
Will an internal tank (version with vibrating pump) meet your needs, or will you have to plug into the mains (version with rotary pump)? In both cases, the exclusive Espresso Priority System allows your cup to be prepared even if the water tank is at the minimum level, or if the boiler needs to be refilled after dispensing hot water or activating the nozzle steam.
If you opt for the version with internal water tank, there are many advantages you can enjoy:
- Easy access for filling the water tank.
- Easy removal of drip tray for cleaning.
- No need to connect to the water network.
