With its Italian styling, near-silent grind and exceptional durability, the Eureka Mignon Specialita has quickly become one of baristas favorite flat burr espresso grinders. The 55mm flat grinding wheels, with the exclusive addition of the " Easy Adjust " feature, are some of the best household automatic grinding wheels on the market.

Specialty is the newest and most premium version of the Mignon series. The grinder is compact and suitable for various brewing methods, from espresso to French press, and provides an even grind.

An intuitive touch screen makes every operation extremely easy. You can quickly adjust the dose, program a single and double dose and grind coffee continuously. The display also shows a dose counter.

The hands-free fork fits every portafilter. Place the filter holder on it and push it forward to activate the button that triggers the grinding.

To adjust the grind size, simply turn the micrometric adjustment knob. Although it is continuous, it has a scale, which makes the whole process much easier.

Grinding is precise and consistent. The most important element here is the 55mm hardened steel grinding wheel. The result is around 1.4-1.8 g/s when grinding for an espresso and 1.9-2.5 g/s on a coarser setting.
