La Courtisane®'s Blueberry herbal tea pairs blueberry berries with hibiscus blossoms for a deep ruby-red infusion. The cup is fruity and gently tart, with no bitterness — as enjoyable on a cold afternoon as it is over ice on a warm summer day.
Flavour profile
Rosehip berries and hibiscus blossoms deliver the characteristic fruity tartness, balanced by the soft sweetness of blueberry. Lemongrass and orange peel add a light citrus brightness on the finish. The rich ruby colour is striking — especially beautiful served cold in a tall glass.

Brewing guide
- Water temperature: 95°C (203°F).
- Steep time: 3 to 5 minutes — 3 minutes for a lighter, brighter cup; 5 minutes for a bolder flavour.
- Serving: 1 bag per cup (approx. 250 ml).
- For iced tea: steep 2 bags in 250 ml of hot water for 5 minutes, then pour over ice.
