Lemon from three latitudes — intense, vibrant, perfect cold
La Courtisane® Lemon Herbal Tea combines three sources of lemony flavor: lemongrass from Thailand, verbena from France, and lemon peels from Mexico. The result is a vibrant and well-balanced infusion, which is as comforting hot as it is absolutely refreshing poured over ice.
Sensory profile
Lemongrass provides the herbaceous and underlying lemony note. Verbena — a classic herbal tea in the French tradition — adds a floral and slightly tart vibrancy. Lemon and orange peels complete the profile with a more direct citrus touch. Roasted chicory root, in a discreet proportion, gives body to the blend without imparting a dominant flavor. A vibrant, bitterness-free cup, with a light and clean finish.

Preparation
- Recommended temperature: 95 °C (203 °F).
- Infusion time: 3 to 5 minutes — 3 minutes for a lively and light cup, 5 minutes for a more intense profile.
- Dosage: 1 sachet per cup (approximately 250 ml).
- For an iced natural lemonade: steep 2 sachets in 250 ml of hot water for 5 minutes, pour over ice. Sweeten to taste if desired.
