La Courtisane®'s Passion Fruit herbal tea is the most exotic in the collection. Built on a base of hibiscus flowers and rosehip berries, it carries the characteristic aroma of passion fruit — sweet, tart, lightly floral — in a bright, luminous infusion that is as visually striking as it is flavourful.
Flavour profile
Hibiscus flowers and rosehip berries deliver a fruity, lightly tart foundation with a vivid ruby colour. Apple granules add a naturally sweet roundness that balances the acidity. Orange peel contributes a citrus undertone. The natural passion fruit flavour brings its characteristic tropical aroma — sweet, exotic, immediately recognizable. The result is lively, approachable, and completely free of bitterness.

Brewing guide
- Water temperature: 95°C (203°F).
- Steep time: 3 to 5 minutes — 3 minutes for a lighter, fruitier cup; 5 minutes for a fuller flavour.
- Serving: 1 bag per cup (approx. 250 ml).
- For tropical iced tea: steep 2 bags in 250 ml of hot water for 5 minutes, then pour over ice.
