The Volumetric Series allows baristas to program 4 espresso cup volumes per group (single/double/short/long), allowing for cups of that exact volume every time with the push of a button. Doses are more consistent from user to user, and because the barista doesn't have to monitor the espresso, they have more time to focus on steaming, interacting with customers, or starting another order.
