J'ai acheté une cafetière Jura chez l'Heureux il y a environ 3 ans. Excellent service au moment de l’achat mais aussi lors de l'entretien de la cafetière en mars dernier. Comme j’étais à l’extérieur du pays en mars dernier, ils ont pris soin de m’écrire pour m'informer de ce qu’ils devaient faire pour éviter que j'aie une mauvaise surprise à mon retour. Un gros merci !

Bonjour, Aujourd'hui j ai été a votre magasin et j'ai eu un excellent service de la part d'Émile et Alicia. L'an dernier j avais acheté une Belluci Aroma je l'ai jamais aimé. Et bien aujourd'hui je suis resorti avec une Delonghi Dedica je peux juste vous dire qu'elle fait une super belle mousse et bon café. Je crois bien que la Mme va être bien contente et encore un gros merci à Émile et Alicia 👍👍👍😍😍😍
