Specialita is the newest and most premium version of the Mignon series. The grinder is compact and suitable for various brewing methods, from espresso to French press, and provides an even grind.

An intuitive touchscreen makes every operation extremely easy. You can quickly adjust the dose, program a single and double dose and grind coffee continuously. The screen also displays a dose counter.

The hands-free fork fits every portafilter. Place the filter holder on top and push it forward to activate the button which triggers the grinding.

To adjust the grind size, simply turn the micrometric adjustment knob. Although it is continuous, it has a scale, which makes the whole process much easier.
