Jura Claris Smart+: RFID water filter cartridge for JURA automatic coffee machines (I.W.S. system)

Quality water for every cup

Limescale is the leading cause of wear in automatic coffee machines. The JURA Claris Smart+ filter protects your machine while preserving the taste of your coffee.

What sets it apart

The filter contains an RFID chip that JURA machines equipped with the I.W.S.® (Intelligent Water System) recognize. There is nothing to set: the machine detects the filter, tracks its use in real time and tells you when it needs replacing.

Features

• Up-flow filtration: water passes through the filter from bottom to top, and only the amount needed is filtered
• Reduces limescale and unwanted substances in the water
• Keeps some minerals, including a small amount of calcium carbonate, which is essential to coffee flavour
• Capacity of 40 to 65 litres depending on water hardness (harder water means lower capacity)
• Automatic alert when the filter is spent
• If the filter is not replaced in time, the machine switches to descaling mode

Compatibility

Compatible with the following JURA automatic machines: ENA 4, ENA 8, D6, E4, E6, E8, J6, J8, S8, Z6, Z8, Z10, Giga 6, Giga 10, We6, We8.

Who it's for

For owners of compatible JURA machines who want to extend the life of their machine and enjoy consistent coffee flavour. If you replace filters regularly, the Claris Smart+ 3-pack is also available at L'Heureux.
