Carbonate more than just water

The FusionCap is the cap that lets the Breville InFizz Fusion (BCA800) carbonate juice, tea, cocktails or wine, and bring the fizz back to a flat soda.

What sets it apart

Its red switch controls the release of CO2 after carbonation. You release the gas slowly or quickly depending on the drink, which helps prevent foam overflow with sugary beverages.

• Three-position red switch: left to slow the release, center to release gas slowly, right to release all the pressure.
• Designed for the InFizz Fusion (BCA800) and its compatible bottles.

Use and care

For drinks other than water, fill the bottle no higher than the MIN line with a cold liquid (1 to 8 °C) and carbonate with short presses. Then move the switch to the center, and all the way to the right once the sound of gas stops. If the foam rises too quickly, turn it back to the left.

Every 30 days, soak the FusionCap for 5 minutes in water no hotter than 40 °C.

Who it's for

Ideal for: InFizz Fusion owners who need to replace their cap or want a second one to prepare several drinks. Less suited for: other sparkling water makers, as the FusionCap is designed for the InFizz Fusion (BCA800).
