Gravity-fed refrigerated display cases are an advanced solution for preserving and showcasing fresh products in environments such as butcher shops, fish markets, and areas dedicated to salads and deli products.
GRAVITY REFRIGERATION: a refrigeration coil at the top of the cabinet that allows cool air to be passively directed downwards. Ideal for raw meat, cheese, seafood, salads & other deli products, where avoiding the drying effect of constant circulating air is important.
