Fruity, spiced, rooted in North American tradition
La Courtisane®'s Cranberry herbal tea draws inspiration from Indigenous traditions that have used atoca — the Algonquin word for cranberry — for generations. This blend pairs the bright tartness of cranberry with the warming spices of cinnamon, star anise, and cloves, for an infusion that is at once fruity, spiced, and lightly floral.
Flavour profile
Hibiscus blossoms and rosehip berries open with a vivid, fruity tartness. The spices — cinnamon, star anise, cloves, and licorice root — develop in the finish with a gentle, lingering warmth. Lemongrass and birch leaves add a light herbal freshness to the blend. A layered, comforting profile equally at home in winter and over ice in summer.

Brewing guide
- Water temperature: 95°C (203°F).
- Steep time: 3 to 5 minutes — 3 minutes for a brighter, fruitier cup; 5 minutes for a warmer, more spiced character.
- Serving: 1 bag per cup (approx. 250 ml).
- For iced tea: steep 2 bags in 250 ml of hot water for 5 minutes, then pour over ice.
