La Courtisane®'s Frosted Mint contains just two ingredients: sweet mint leaves and peppermint leaves. No added flavours, no filler herbs. This pure blend delivers the gentle sweetness of spearmint alongside the vivid, cooling menthol of peppermint — which is exactly where the name "Frosted" comes from.
Flavour profile
In the cup, sweet mint opens with a soft, herbaceous, slightly sweet aroma — gentle and approachable. Peppermint follows with its signature cooling menthol character, leaving a lingering freshness well after the last sip. Clean, lively, and completely free of bitterness — equally pleasant hot or over ice.

Brewing guide
- Water temperature: 95°C (203°F).
- Steep time: 3 to 5 minutes — 3 minutes for a lighter cup; 5 minutes for a bolder menthol character.
- Serving: 1 bag per cup (approx. 250 ml).
- For iced mint tea: steep 2 bags in 250 ml of hot water for 5 minutes, pour over ice. Add a few fresh mint leaves for presentation.
