La Courtisane®'s Wild Blackberry herbal tea captures the refined, understated character of the wild blackberry — more subtle than its cultivated counterpart, and more complex. Unlike a basic fruit infusion, this ten-ingredient blend builds aromatic depth that fully unfolds after two to three minutes of steeping.
Flavour profile
Hibiscus flowers and rosehip berries provide a fruity, lightly tart base, softened by apple granules that add a naturally sweet roundness. Blackberry leaves bring the botanical signature of the fruit itself. Cinnamon and licorice root, present as discreet background notes, lend a gentle warmth that shifts the profile toward autumn. A cup that is at once bright and enveloping, with no bitterness.

Brewing guide
- Water temperature: 95°C (203°F).
- Steep time: 3 to 5 minutes — steeping the full 5 minutes allows the wild berry notes to develop fully.
- Serving: 1 bag per cup (approx. 250 ml).
- For iced infusion: steep 2 bags in 250 ml of hot water for 5 minutes, then pour over ice.
