Who is running the contest

The "Win a La Marzocco Linea Mini R" contest is organized by L'Heureux Inc., 1590 rue Semple, Québec, Quebec G1N 4B4, in partnership with Ursae Café. Any question about the contest may be directed to info@lheureuxinc.com or 418 527-1197.

Contest period

The contest begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time. Any entry received outside this period will be rejected. The time of receipt recorded by the organizer's systems is determinative.

Who may enter

• Any person residing in Quebec who has reached the age of majority as of September 1, 2026.
• Employees of L'Heureux Inc. and Ursae Café, their suppliers involved in the contest, and persons residing with them are excluded.
• One registration per person is eligible. Multiple, automated or fraudulent entries will be removed without notice.

How to enter

Entry is free and takes two steps:

• Follow the Instagram accounts @lheureuxinc and @ursae.cafe.
• Complete the entry form available on this page (last name, first name, email, phone).

No purchase is required to enter. Internet connection fees remain the responsibility of the entrant.

How to increase your chances

• One additional entry for following the Facebook pages of L'Heureux Inc. and Ursae Café.
• One additional entry for every $150 spent (before taxes) between September 1 and 30, 2026, in the showroom or on lheureuxinc.com. A $600 purchase therefore earns four additional entries.
• Additional entries apply only to persons already registered through the entry form. A cancelled or refunded order voids the entries attached to it.

The prize

A single prize is offered: one La Marzocco Linea Mini R espresso machine, with an approximate retail value of $8,300 CAD, taxes included. The prize must be accepted as awarded, and cannot be exchanged, sold, substituted for cash, or transferred. Installation, servicing and transport costs beyond the Québec City area are not included.

How the draw works

The random draw will take place within five (5) business days following the end of the contest, at our offices at 1590 rue Semple in Québec, among all eligible entries received during the contest period. Each additional entry earned under article 5 constitutes a separate entry in the draw: a person who has accumulated five entries has their name entered five times. The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

To be declared the winner, the selected person must confirm their eligibility and sign a declaration of compliance and release.

Claiming the prize

The selected person will be contacted by email and by phone using the information provided at registration. They will have five (5) business days to respond. Failing a response, or in the event of refusal or ineligibility, the organizer reserves the right to hold a new draw until the prize is awarded. The prize must be picked up at the showroom within 30 days of confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

Protection of personal information

By entering the contest, the entrant agrees to receive marketing communications from L'Heureux Inc. and Ursae Café (newsletters, offers, invitations). The information collected is used to administer the contest and for those communications. It is stored securely and is neither sold nor disclosed to third parties unrelated to the contest. Withdrawal of consent, access to or correction of this information may be requested at any time at info@lheureuxinc.com, or through the unsubscribe link included in every mailing.

Other conditions

• Entering the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.
• This contest is not sponsored, administered or associated with Meta (Instagram, Facebook).
• The organizer's decisions regarding any aspect of the contest are final and without appeal.
• These rules are published in French and in English. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
