Full-bodied coffee with rich, complex flavors is created using the ideal dosage of 22g of freshly ground beans brewed in a commercial-style 58mm stainless steel portafilter.

Creamy coffee with rich flavors and caramel tones is prepared using a low pressure pre-infusion, followed by high extraction pressure (9 bar) using our 15 bar Italian pump.

The automatic steam nozzle allows you to adjust the milk temperature between 40°C and 75°C and select nine texture levels according to your tastes. It produces a silky smooth microfoam containing at least one million microbubbles per milliliter, which enhances coffee flavor and is essential for latte art.
