Mazzer ZM features cutting-edge technology and unique features. It has a motor-controlled digital grind adjustment system allowing the barista to control the distance between burrs in microns so that the grind setting is understandable, precise and repeatable. True Zero electronic calibration ensures grind settings are identical from grinder to grinder. The excellent parallelism of the burrs gives a constant particle size distribution. A coffee retention of less than 0.45 grams allows for single dosing. These features create a grinder that fits seamlessly into the workflow of a specialty coffee shop.
