Conti - ACE

With a separate coffee boiler and a brewing unit precisely temperature-controlled by its own PID system, fed with water preheated by our steam boiler exchanger, our Ace ensures perfect precision for all your coffees. All these parameters are adjustable to offer perfect brewing temperatures for coffees of different origins or roast profiles.

This system allows you to replicate the extraction profile of a lever machine while ensuring the consistency of a pump-operated machine. Our proprietary patented system ensures that the barista can fully moisten the coffee cake under low pressure. The result is an incredibly consistent extraction and a full-bodied espresso with a better flavor on the palate.

Despite its compact size, the Ace boasts a capacity worthy of a multi-boiler! It's equipped with a 2.75L steam boiler and a 0.9L coffee boiler. The ability to use our power management system allows you to increase or decrease energy consumption according to your needs.

Personalization – ACE offers 2 basic colors: black
graphite and papyrus white. However, it is available to order in a choice of 10 distinct colors, allowing the machine to blend perfectly with its surroundings.

Barista Comfort – Barista lights; Ergonomic filter holders; Extraction mirror, Shot timer and adjustment via app.

Equipped with competition showers and filters – Machined and packaged exclusively for Conti by IMS, these components have demanding construction criteria to ensure uniform extraction.

Adaptable – The ACE is available in a networked or stand-alone version. In both versions, we have used a professional-grade rotary pump for consistent pressure and low-volume operation.
