Conti ACE

With independent coffee boiler and coffee group precisely temperature controlled by its own PID system, supplied with preheated water from our steam boiler exchanger. Our Ace ensures perfect precision for all your coffees. All of these settings are adjustable to deliver the perfect brewing temperatures for coffees of different origins or roast profiles.

This system allows you to reproduce the extraction profile of a lever machine while guaranteeing the regularity of a machine operating with a pump. Our own patented system ensures that the barista can completely moisten the coffee patty under low pressure. The result is an incredibly consistent extraction and an espresso with body and better flavors on the palate.

Despite its compactness, the Ace has a capacity worthy of a multi-boiler! It is equipped with a 2.75 l steam boiler and a 0.9 l coffee boiler. The possibility of using our power management system allows you to increase or decrease the energy consumption according to your needs.

Personalization – ACE offers 2 basic colors: black
graphite and white papyrus. But, it is available to order in a choice of 10 distinct colors, allowing the machine to blend in perfectly with its surroundings.

Barista Comfort – Barista Lights; Ergonomic filter holders; extraction mirror, shot timer and setting via app.

Fitted with competition showerheads and filters – Machined and packaged exclusively for Conti by IMS, these components have exacting construction criteria to ensure uniform extraction.

Adaptable – ACE is available as a network or stand-alone version. In these 2 versions we used a professional grade rotary pump for consistent pressure and low volume operation.
