The ECM Exacto is a 64 mm flat burr espresso grinder that weighs your coffee as it grinds. It is built for the home barista who wants the same dose, to the tenth of a gram, for every extraction.

What sets it apart

A scale built into the portafilter holder stops the motor at the programmed dose. No more weighing each dose on a separate scale.

The grinder recognizes up to three portafilters by their weight. In auto-start mode, simply insert the portafilter to start grinding.

Day to day

Place the portafilter and the grinder delivers the programmed dose. One touch adds 0.5 g when needed, and an LED light under the chute illuminates the basket.

For maintenance, the chute comes off without tools. A granular grinder cleaner every four weeks is enough, and the display flags burr wear after 300 kg of coffee.
