Authentic Cold Brew thanks to the Cold Extraction Process

The Z10 integrates the Cold Extraction Process, a unique technology developed by Jura to prepare true cold-infused coffees.

Unlike traditional cold coffees prepared with cooled hot coffee, the Z10 extracts coffee directly with cold pulsed water at high pressure through a coarser grind.

Result: a refreshing, balanced and naturally energizing drink, which highlights the fruity aromas of coffee without excessive bitterness.

Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.)

The Product Recognising Grinder automatically adjusts the grind according to the selected specialty.

Optimized extraction with the 3D brewing unit

The Z10 is equipped with Jura's 8th generation brewing unit. Thanks to 3D brewing technology, water flows uniformly through the ground coffee on multiple levels.

This optimized extraction allows a maximum of aromas to be revealed, whether for hot beverages or Cold Brew specialties.

Intuitive use and advanced technology

The machine is controlled via a 4.3-inch color touchscreen, twice as fast, combined with the Blue Crystal Rotary Switch.
