If your basket requires a little more or a little less coffee grind, the intelligent dosing system automatically corrects the quantity. It memorizes the dosage and the tamping result of the previous operation and adjusts them in order to obtain the perfect dosage.

Full-bodied coffee with rich, complex flavors is created using the ideal dosage of 18g of freshly ground beans brewed in a professional-grade 54mm stainless steel portafilter.

A low pressure pre-infusion followed by an extraction pressure of 9 bars

Creamy coffee with rich flavors and caramel tones is prepared using a low pressure pre-infusion, followed by high extraction pressure (9 bar) using our 15 bar Italian pump.
